Eric C. Papier
Senior Counsel
Eric is a litigator with extensive experience in all phases of trial advocacy in state and federal courts. He regularly represents corporate and individual clients directly as well as through insurance carriers and third-party party administrators. Eric also advises clients regarding insurance coverage issues involving commercial, personal lines, professional, umbrella, excess and surplus lines policies. He counsels London and Bermuda market insurers on complex coverage issues, which often entails monitoring of high exposure environmental, governmental, and construction litigation.
Throughout his career, Eric has prided himself on zealously advocating for his clients while maintaining the respect of judges, colleagues and opposing counsel. Prior to his legal career, Eric spent several years handling serious injury and property damage cases for two domestic insurance carriers. This experience enables him to provide effective and practical representation and counseling to his clients.
