Kelly A. Sundstrom

Senior Counsel

Kelly concentrates her practice on complex construction litigation, representing international insurers as well as national and small businesses in contractual, property damage, and construction-related injury claims. She has defended a wide variety of professionals in the construction industry, including general contractors, product manufacturers, design professionals and numerous subcontractor trades. She has also represented international insurers in complex insurance coverage matters arising from environmental and toxic tort litigation.

Kelly has extensive experience in all aspects of the civil litigation process, successfully negotiating multiple layers of legal and insurance issues to achieve successful resolutions for her clients. She has also worked with small business clients to adopt new business practices to mitigate future risk.

Kelly has been actively involved in various non-profit organizations and bar associations, providing pro bono legal services to low-income families in domestic violence matters.
