Kimberly Musick
Associate
Kimberly is an experienced litigator who brings a diverse background of litigation experience to our litigation group. She has represented clients in state and federal court on cases involving premises liability, product liability, pharmacy negligence, auto accidents, medical malpractice, construction negligence, and toxic tort matters.
She has successfully defended clients in pre-trial matters, mediation, arbitration, and at trial. Throughout her career, Kimberly has prided herself on zealously advocating for her clients while maintaining the respect of judges, colleagues, and opposing counsel.
