Renee De Golier is an experienced litigator with a concentration more broadly described as focusing on complex civil litigation. She has worked on cases involving insurance defense, catastrophic injury, real estate transactions, premises liability, product liability and land rights disputes, various contract disputes, and small and large business lawsuits.
She regularly defends matters involving transportation lawsuits and injury claims [ranging from minor to catastrophic injury] arising in connection with incidents that may involve construction projects, vehicular collision and premises liability claims.
Ms. De Golier has been fortunate to represent a diverse range of corporations, including those with a national presence that regularly appear on the Fortune 500 list of most successful businesses. However, Ms. De Golier does not limit her client list to mega conglomerates and has also been frequently retained by smaller local businesses, sometimes referred to as “local millionaires,” that often rely on Ms. De Golier’s guidance to navigate through both business and, at times, more personal matters.
