Senior Counsel
Dan is an experienced litigator with an emphasis in insurance defense, representing corporations, municipalities, homeowners’ associations, and individuals in product defect, premise liability, automobile, trucking, and personal injury cases.
Prior to joining our firm, Dan defended general contractors and subcontractors in construction defect cases and has represented plaintiffs and defendants in business, real property, and personal injury disputes. He also has appellate court experience. Dan was also the general counsel to an interior design and procurement company, advising on issues of contract formation with customers and vendors.

As a law student, he studied in China and also in the United Kingdom, where he interned with the Department of Justice at the United States Embassy in the Foreign Civil Litigation Office.
In his free time Dan is a volunteer firefighter and coaches T-ball.
