
Adam S. Cohen
Senior Counsel
Adam is a seasoned litigator who has successfully represented domestic and foreign insurers in numerous actions in state and federal courts across the United States as well as in a variety of arbitrations. Adam has significant experience handling large, complex first-party property and liability coverage disputes representing both insurers and policyholders. His experience as a policyholder attorney gives Adam unique insight into the thought process and strategies employed by insureds and their counsel.
Prior to joining the firm, Adam worked at a large international law firm counseling domestic and foreign insurers on insurance coverage, claim adjustment, and contract interpretation, including several cross-border matters and claim disputes outside of the United States. Adam also spent six months as a secondee with a global insurer working on a team handling environmental claims throughout the country.
