Anna Caludac
Senior Counsel
Anna is a litigator who defends businesses and individuals in complex civil litigation matters, including premises liability, product liability, construction, and transportation cases. She handles cases through all stages of litigation, including discovery, depositions, dispositive motion practice, mediation, settlement negotiations, and court appearances.
Before joining Christensen Hsu Sipes, Anna practiced employment law at an Am Law 100 firm, where she represented employers in wage-and-hour, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and class and representative actions. She also previously served as a volunteer prosecutor with the Orange County and San Bernardino County District Attorney’s Offices.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, singing at church, and cycling.
