David S. Allen
Senior Counsel
David provides coverage advice for insurance companies for general liability, directors and officers, and business risks. His clients have come to him with some of their most difficult insurance coverage issues, and he navigates them to successful results.
David serves as lead counsel representing insurers in declaratory judgment litigation in state and federal courts across the country. He also represents insurers in extra-contractual insurance litigation, including alleged bad-faith failure to settle within policy limits. David is an accomplished appellate lawyer who represents insurers in state and federal appellate courts.
