David M. Albaugh


Dave represents domestic, London and Bermuda-based insurers in complex property and casualty insurance coverage disputes, including counseling and defending clients against bad faith claims. Dave also handles casualty, excess, reinsurance and specialty risk coverage matters. Dave is an experienced litigator achieving favorable results for his clients in both state and federal courts throughout the country in matters involving insurance coverage, product liability, security fraud, construction defect and premise liability.
Prior to joining the firm, Dave represented insurers prosecuting subrogation matters throughout the Midwest from pre-suit investigation through trial.
