Dennis has experience in a variety of areas including complex personal injury and catastrophic injury claims, transportation, construction, medical malpractice, real estate, bankruptcy, mergers and acquisitions, civil rights law and appellate work. His main focus has been litigation in the area of the defense of complex claims.
Currently, Dennis defends construction contractors, municipalities, corporations and financial institutions in high value personal injury suits. He also handles automobile negligence and premises liability. Dennis also regularly represents insurance companies in uninsured/underinsured motorist actions. He works diligently to safeguard his client’s interests while aiming to litigate matters utilizing the clearest path to resolution.
