Genevieve is a seasoned litigator with over a decade of experience representing clients in casualty defense claims and commercial disputes. She defends corporate clients and insureds, as well as their insurers, in complex transportation, hospitality, and construction and real estate claims.
Genevieve is known for her strategic approach to litigation and her ability to distill multifaceted legal and factual issues into clear, compelling arguments at every stage of a claim. She has successfully represented clients in state and federal courts in Florida and across the country and has substantial experience in large-scale discovery, dispositive motion practice, mediation, and trial.

Before joining the firm, Genevieve built her career in South Florida where she practiced commercial and insurance litigation and honed her abilities to efficiently navigate complex cases in one of the country’s most active litigation environments.
