R. Harris Kaufman
Senior Counsel
Harris is an experienced litigator with a background defending insureds in premises liability, construction, automobile, property damage, and government entity cases. He is a member of the firm’s litigation group focusing on personal injury and insurance claims. Prior to joining the firm, Harris gained invaluable trial experience while practicing in South Carolina as a public defender.
In his free time, Harris enjoys volunteering with various Los Angeles-based pug rescues and cheering on his alma mater during football season. Football is especially close to Harris’s heart, as he played under head coach Bobby Bowden as an undergrad.
