Hera L. Kim




Hera is a litigator with extensive experience in federal civil and criminal litigation as a longtime law clerk to Chief Judge Phyllis J. Hamilton of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, having previously clerked for several District Judges and Magistrate Judges. Prior to clerking, Hera represented clients in California state and federal courts in commercial litigation and employment disputes as well as pro bono matters.
