Jeff concentrates his litigation practice in tort, commercial, and insurance disputes.

Jeff represents owners, developers, contractors, crane companies, and designers in personal injury and property damage claims, construction and design defect suits, and contract payment disputes. He represents a major U.S. refinery in construction, premises, and property damage cases.

Jeff defends manufacturers in product liability claims. He is well-versed in engineering, medical, and scientific theories underpinning design, products, and catastrophic injury losses.
Jeff represents insurers in specie and jeweler’s block, and homeowners' claims, investigation of fraud and misrepresentation, and prosecution of rescission and declaratory judgment actions.

Jeff also handles high-value subrogation cases involving warehouse fires and oil spills.
