Leighton B. Koberlein

Leighton is a seasoned attorney with extensive civil litigation experience. He has spent his career defending business and individuals in a variety of disputes at all phases of litigation, including at trial, arbitration, and before administrative boards. Leighton’s current practice is focused on construction accident litigation, construction defect disputes, and other personal injury and business litigation matters. Leighton has considerable experience in construction defect disputes, personal injury law, general corporate matters, and work-related injuries. Prior to joining the firm, Leighton also represented attorneys and physicians in professional liability matters.
When not practicing law, Leighton can be found working his ranch in the Foothills of Northern California. Leighton also actively volunteers in his neighborhood and church communities.
