Representation of London and multi-national insurers in complex property, casualty and excess coverage claims. Nate audits excess and reinsurance claims, including mass tort litigation and catastrophic losses. His industry experience includes construction, environmental, healthcare, product liability & recall, retail & hospitality, security, and transportation claims.
Representation of construction companies and commercial property owners (with a focus on short-term vacation rentals) in contract and casualty matters, including wrongful death, personal injury, and construction defect claims.
