Panagiota (“Patty”) N. Fortsas

Patty is a seasoned litigator with extensive experience defending commercial insureds in general liability, premises, automobile, trucking, construction and property damage cases. She is a member of our litigation group and focuses her practice in tort and insurance claims.
Prior to joining our firm, Patty represented appellants in real estate tax assessment hearings before the Property Tax Appeal Board of Illinois as well as various County Boards of Review. She has presented at legal seminars in the area of real estate property taxation for various associations. Patty has completed the ISBA’s Fred Lane Trial Techniques Institute and has served as an Adjunct Professor in the Paralegal Department at Harper College.
