Rick’s practice is focused on construction accident litigation, construction defect disputes, and other personal injury and business litigation matters. Rick has extensive experience in construction defect disputes, homeowners association law, general corporate matters, personal injury law, and work-related injuries. He has also practiced intellectual property law.

Rick actively participates in his neighborhood and church communities and supports various non-profit organizations.
