He is a trial lawyer representing insurers, insureds, and businesses in civil litigation, with a focus on casualty defense, bodily injury, premises liability, trucking and transportation, construction-related disputes, and other high-exposure matters requiring disciplined trial preparation. In that role, he built a record of strong trial results, was recognized as a top-performing attorney based primarily on trial performance, and became a statewide resource for litigation training.
